About The Guitar Mule
 Hello and welcome to my website.  Let me start by giving you some background on myself.
Since 1995 I have worked as a professional guitarist in the fields of teaching, live, studio and producing work in many different styles from folk all the way through to metal. I have also been running  www.TheGuitarMule.co.uk plus squeezing in studio session work, live work with various bands,  and seminars.
Over the years I have taught over a thousand students, whether they are learning for pleasure or looking to pursue it as a career.   A vast number of my students have gone on to play in bands, teach, pass grades from 1-8 and study music at University.
As a live and studio guitarist I have toured up and down the U.K and Europe with a number of bands, recorded albums, EPs and singles, made appearances on MTV2, BBC radio airplay and have supported bands Snow Patrol, Paul D' ianno (ex Iron Maiden Frontman), Hanoi Rocks, Ben's Brother and Sandi Thom (to name a few), playing many different styles and genres and am currently endorsed by IK Multimedia creators of the acclaimed guitar software Amplitube. 
I feel as a guitar tutor that live and studio work is invaluable experience.  This is reflected in the lessons on The Guitar Mule which are all personally written, scored and recorded by myself to help you achieve your goal.

Once fully subscribed with an active account you will be granted full access to the site enabling you to view all lesson materials and downloads on www.TheGuitarMule.co.uk.

Your credit billing
PayPal subscriptions are billed on the same day of the month as your initial subscription day of the month.

Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your subscription via paypal or via email using the contact us link at the bottom of the web page at any time.

As a professional guitar tutor with over a thousand students taught I'm very aware that sometimes it's good to try out an instrument and lessons before deciding whether to pursue lessons.   So if for any reason you have decided that the guitar is not for you, The Guitar Mule has a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee.
The Guitar Mule must be contacted via email within the seven day period from the date when the first payment was received by The Guitar Mule.   For example:-  If your account was activated and payment was received by The Guitar Mule on the 10th of the month, you will have to contact The Guitar Mule via email no later than the 17th of the month to claim a full refund of the first payment.
Refunds are refunded via PayPal and will be processed within 30 days from the date the first payment was received from the customer to The Guitar Mule.
Once your refund request has been received by The Guitar Mule your account will be closed.   You will have no access to lesson material except the for the free lessons via the Quick Tour page.  In addition, you will only be able to access your My Guitar Mule Home page from where you can choose to reactivate your account.
This offer is only available to new customer accounts.
Existing customers will receive the benefits of regular lesson updates.

Login Problems.
If you have problems logging in please try the following before requesting a new password or contacting us.

   1. Make sure your user name and password are correct. Don’t forget name and passwords are case sensitive.
   2. If username or password is wrong we recommend resetting your password which will be done via email.
   3. If you're asked to login over and over again please ensure your firewall is configured to allow www.theguitarmule.com and www.theguitarmule.co.uk To check this go to your internet settings.
   4. If you login and receive a Cookie error please go to your browser internet options and check “ allow sites to set cookies”

Payment Security
All subscriptions will be collected via PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account. When subscribing you will be redirected to the secure PayPal Guitar Mule Payment Gateway to complete the transaction.
Your Credit/debit card details are securely transferred directly for payment authorisation and are never disclosed to The Guitar Mule.

The Guitar Mule website has put measures in place to protect against any misuse or alteration to the website in any way or form.

Minimum System Requirements
The Guitar Mule website uses high quality Flash or QuickTime video, as well as advanced graphics to provide the best online learning experience available.

PC’s: Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed, Windows 2000 SP 4

PC Browsers: We support most browsers including Internet Explorer 6.0/7.0(recommended) and Mozilla Firefox 1.5/2.0

Processor: Pentium 4 with 1 ghz processor or higher and 512 mg of Ram are recommended.
(If you have an older computer, we suggest that you try our sample lessons to test your system’s compatibility. The QuickTime format is better for slower connection
speeds or older computers.)

Mac’s: We recommend OSX version 10.3.8 or higher. We do support the Intel Macs. However Safari must be run in Rosetta mode.

Mac Browsers: Safari, Firefox(recommended), or Internet Explorer for Mac

Internet Connection: You must have a high speed DSL, cable or T1 connection to be able to run our lessons. We recommend a high speed connection of 512 kbps for the streaming flash format. The QuickTime format can be used with slower DSL connection speeds.
